Custom Cheer Mix - Frequently Asked Questions

• our turnaround times on cheer music orders may vary from month to month. between the months of february and may, our turnaround times are very fast. however, once we start to get into season, our turnaround times can be decreased to due large amounts of orders.

• Absolutely NOT! We do offer 2 Eight count sheets which are available to you. The free "easy 8 count sheet" is available for you to fill out to tell us about your ideas for the sections of the routine (Stunts, Tumbling, Cheer, etc....). The detailed Eight Count Sheet allows you to place certain sound effects on certain counts of the routine.

• all order confirmations are put together manually. They are not computer generated. you will generally receive your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. In the event that this time has passed, you might want to check your junk/bulk mail folder. If it is still not there, please contact Customer Service with the address located at the top of this page.
  
   

I have a cheer mix that was created by another company and I am having problems contacting them to edit my mix. Can you edit my cheer music?

• yes we can. we have the technology to make just about anything happen. please contact us about this service and/or pricing.
  

• No. every mix that leaves here is custom mixed for the team who ordered it. these squads raise alot of money for our services, and it wouldn't be fair to them if we resold THEIR music to another squad or individual.

• once your cheer mix starts, you will be set up with a password protected page that you will use to access your music, invoice, etc.... Once it is set up and available, the address will be emailed to you.
  

• this is completely up to you. We accept checks, credit cards and money orders. if you choose to pay by credit card, we will send you a pal pal invoice.
  

• our samples are not for sale! they are there to give you a better idea of what our mixing style is like.

• Possibly yes. Please contact us first on turnaround times.

• No. we make custom music mixes for competitive cheerleading and dance. We are not in the premade cheer music business. we also are not distributors of cheerleading mixes. Every mix that leaves here is 110% custom mixed for the squad who ordered it.

• first off, every company has their own "style" of mixing, along with different policies, and general ways of doing business. we back EVERYTHING that is listed on our website from our PROMISE to our TESTIMONIALS
