We have decided to drop our Reserve
a Spot. It was first launched in 2008, and it was
a great tool! However in 2010, it proved to cause
major scheduling problems due to false reservations,
and confusion by the Coaches that chose to use it.
As we line up orders for 2011 (beginning
in November 2010), we will operate on a first come,
first serve basis.
We feel as if it will provide the
Client a faster turnaround time, while still providing
the best Customer Service.
For the 2011/2012 Season, we are anticipating
the following turnaround times:
