F.A.Q.

1.  I just placed my order! Where is my Order Confirmation?
   A copy of your order is automatically sent to you through our system once you submit the order.
2.  Do you accept Purchase Orders?
   We sure do! If we are not in your schools system, we can send in our W9.
3. How much does a mix cost?
   You can view our current rates by going to our Rates page for the most current rates.
4. Can I place a rush order?
   Possibly yes, Please contact us first for rush order availability.
5. Why do we pay more for a weekend/holiday completion date?
   Custom Cheer Mix is open from Monday through Friday. Weekend completion dates are possible, but there is a fee for weekend/holiday completions simply because we are closed during those times. We get your music to you when you need it!
6. If I order a custom mix and I choose to have it split into 2 sections, will I be charged more?
   Absolutely not! This is actually an option on the order form, and we do not charge more to perform this service.
7. What is your current turnaround time?
   Turnaround times vary from month to month. Our busiest months are between June and January. The earlier you place your order, the better the turnaround time. During the off season, our turnaround time can run from a few days to a few weeks. It all depends on the volume of orders that are currently in. We always try to keep our HOMEPAGE updated with the current turnaround!
8. My School requires all vendors to be on file, can you supply all available information for my School?
   Yes we can, chances are good that we are already in your Schools system. If not, we will gladly send in our W9 Form and/or supply any other information needed.
9.  How do I pay??
   If you are paying by credit card or PayPal, we will send send you an invoice in which you can directly pay. If you are paying by check, money order or PO, you will receive a separate invoice. A copy of the invoice MUST accompany the payment.
10.  I just received my mix! Can I change out a song?
    Yes you can! There will be a $30 charge per song to have replaced or added.
11.  Our routine just changed. Can you edit the mix to make it match?
    Yes we can! Pricing can be found HERE.
